These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and Triton7 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") with respect to your access to and use of the website located at https://triton7.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Triton7 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

Triton7 provides an online casino, live casino, and sports betting service primarily serving players based in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country. The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Triton7, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Service:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Triton7 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. This age restriction applies regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
3. You must be registering and accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Triton7, or a close family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Triton7 platform or any affiliated service.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
7. The funds you deposit and use for gambling must be from legitimate sources and must not represent proceeds of criminal activity.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the betting and gaming services offered by Triton7, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile number, and preferred currency. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one active account with Triton7. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, Triton7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated transactions and bonuses, and retain any balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. Triton7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Triton7 conducts KYC verification as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. Accepted identification documents for Malaysian players include the Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. KYC documentation must be uploaded through your account portal. We aim to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours, though complex cases may take longer.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Triton7 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Malaysian bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• DuitNow and FPX instant bank transfers
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT TRC20/ERC20), Ethereum (ETH)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (subject to availability)

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency). Triton7 does not impose deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Triton7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The Player's account is fully KYC-verified.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the daily, weekly, or account-tier withdrawal limits applicable to the Player's account.
• The Player's account is in good standing with no active disputes, investigations, or restriction flags.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Triton7 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though network fees may apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals and are borne by the Player.

6.3 Processing Times

Triton7 targets the following withdrawal processing times, subject to verification status and volume:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost: 5–30 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Standard bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): Up to 2 business hours
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. In circumstances where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, Triton7 will request verification of an alternative method registered in the Player's name.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Triton7 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x" meaning the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times over). Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the applicable promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Triton7 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, account collusion for bonus exploitation, and use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, Triton7 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the relevant account(s).

8.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on Triton7 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, in addition to these general Terms. Where a discrepancy arises between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that particular game or event.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

Triton7 reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets placed in excess of stated maximum bet limits may be voided without notice. Winnings on bets placed at erroneous odds — including technical errors, data feed failures, or manifest pricing mistakes — are not guaranteed and may be voided.

8.3 Game Integrity

All casino games hosted on the Triton7 platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are genuine third-party audited values. Triton7 does not manipulate game outcomes or RTP in real time.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are subject to change without notice up to the time of bet acceptance. In-play (live) betting odds may be suspended at any time during an event. Results are determined based on the official outcome from the relevant governing body of the sport or event, including Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League (EPL) matches, UFC events, and other covered competitions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Triton7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (whether in your own name or under false identity).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Attempting to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds on behalf of another person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripted betting systems to place wagers.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to unfairly influence outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform — whether or not financial gain results.
• Engaging in any activity that Triton7 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including through use of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise accessing platform data through non-standard technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward Triton7 staff in any support channel.

All content on the Triton7 platform — including but not limited to the Triton7 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of Triton7 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the platform content without prior written consent from Triton7.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring or assigning any intellectual property rights to you. Any use of Triton7's trademarks, brand materials, or platform content outside the scope of normal personal gameplay is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Triton7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from technical failures; inability to access the platform due to maintenance, outage, or third-party service interruption; or losses arising from reliance on incorrect odds, results, or game information.

Triton7 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

In all cases where Triton7 is found liable under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Triton7 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Triton7 is not responsible for gambling losses resulting from your participation in games or sports betting offered on the platform.

13.1 Suspension by Triton7

Triton7 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a Player's account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used for fraudulent purposes; the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; there is a dispute under investigation; or regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate a review.

13.2 Termination by Triton7

Triton7 may permanently close a Player's account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, where the Player is found to have provided false KYC information, or where the account is associated with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9. In such cases, any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified Real Money balances may be returned subject to completion of any applicable investigation and anti-money laundering checks.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Players seeking closure due to problem gambling concerns will be directed to self-exclusion options in preference to standard account closure, to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Triton7's operating jurisdiction. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through Triton7's internal dispute resolution process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first submit a formal written complaint to Triton7 support and allow a period of no less than thirty (30) calendar days for Triton7 to investigate and respond to the complaint. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

Triton7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, Triton7 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on the account, or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon login.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your account as provided in Section 13.3.
